የ JKS Ethiopia አባል ዶጆዎች የምዝገባ መመሪያ
የጃፓን ካራቴ ሾቶ ፌዴሬሽን ኢትዮጵያ (JKS Ethiopia) አባል ለመሆን የሚፈልጉ ዶጆዎች/ክለቦች የምዝገባ ፎርሙን ከመሙላታቸው በፊት የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላታቸውን ማረጋገጥ ይኖርባቸዋል፦
1. የአባልነት ቅድመ-ሁኔታዎች
ሕጋዊ ፈቃድ፦ ዶጆው በክልል ወይም በከተማ አስተዳደር ስፖርት ቢሮ የተሰጠ ሕጋዊ የሥራ ፈቃድ ሊኖረው ይገባል ።
የአሰልጣኝ ደረጃ፦ ዶጆው ቢያንስ የ 2ኛ ዳን (2nd Dan) እና ከዚያ በላይ ደረጃ ባለው ብቁ አሰልጣኝ የሚመራ መሆን አለበት ።
የቦታ ርቀት፦ የJKS Ethiopia አባል ዶጆ ፣ በአንድ አካባቢ የሚከፈቱ ዶጆዎች በመካከላቸው ቢያንስ 5 ኪሎ ሜትር የርቀት ልዩነት ሊኖራቸው ይገባል ።
2. በፎርሙ ላይ የሚጠየቁ ሰነዶች (Uploads)
ምዝገባውን ለማጠናቀቅ የሚከተሉትን ሰነዶች በዲጂታል ኮፒ (Scan) አዘጋጅተው ይጠብቁ፦
የስራ ፈቃድ (License)፦ የታደሰ የዶጆው ሕጋዊ የሥራ ፈቃድ ።
የዳን ሰርተፍኬት (Dan Certificate)፦ የዋና አሰልጣኙ የደረጃ ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬት ።
ፎቶግራፍ፦ የአሰልጣኙ የፓስፖርት መጠን ፎቶ እና የዶጆው የውስጥ እና የውጭ ገጽታ የሚያሳዩ ፎቶዎች።
3. የዶጆዎች ምደባ እና ግዴታዎች
የደረጃ ምደባ፦ ፌዴሬሽኑ ዶጆው ባለው የተማሪ ብዛት፣ የቦታ ስፋት እና የቁሳቁስ አቅርቦት መሠረት ከ “A” እስከ “D” ባሉ የደረጃ ምድቦች ውስጥ ይመድባል ።
ኢንተርናሽናል ሰርተፍኬት፦ ማንኛውም አባል ዶጆ የቀበቶ እድገት ሰርተፍኬት ሲሰጥ በ JKS Ethiopia የተዘጋጀ ኢንተርናሽናል ሰርተፍኬት ብቻ የመጠቀም ግዴታ አለበት ።
የዲስፕሊን መመሪያ፦ እያንዳንዱ ዶጆ የፌዴሬሽኑን የዲስፕሊን እና የተማሪዎች ዝውውር መመሪያዎችን የማክበር እና ለሰልጣኞቹ የማሳወቅ ኃላፊነት ይኖርበታል ።
ማሳሰቢያ፦ የምዝገባ ጥያቄዎ በፌዴሬሽኑ ታይቶ ተቀባይነት ሲያገኝ፣ የአባል ዶጆዎች መተዳደሪያ ደንብ (መመሪያ) እና ስለ ቀጣይ ሂደቶች በፎርሙ ላይ ባስቀመጡት ኢሜይል ወይም ስልክ አድራሻ ዝርዝር መረጃ ይላክላችኋል ።
“የ JKS Ethiopia የአባል ዶጆዎች መተዳደሪያ መመሪያን አንብቤያለሁ፤ በሕጉም ለመገዛት እስማማለሁ” የሚለውን ሳጥን ምልክት በማድረግ ምዝገባዎን ያጠናቅቁ።
