Scientific Training Methodology
Biomechanical Adaptation
We modify traditional Kata movements using sports science principles. By analyzing kinetic chains and muscle compensation, we maximize power, speed, and grace regardless of the athlete's physical impairment.
Psychological Resilience
Our adaptive pedagogy fosters mental fortitude, profound focus (Kime), and correct breathing techniques. This approach not only enhances performance but elevates the athlete's overall psychological well-being and confidence.
JKS & WKF Scoring Integration
As the historical pioneers of Para-Karate, JKS laid the foundation for inclusive martial arts worldwide. Today, guided by WKF-certified international coaching expertise, we seamlessly integrate this rich heritage with the latest World Karate Federation scoring criteria. We ensure our athletes' adapted Kata performances are precisely evaluated on technical accuracy, athletic display, and biomechanical execution in strict alignment with global competition standards."
Competitor Classification
- K10: Visually Impaired: Training – focuses deeply on spatial awareness, sensory compensation, and precise balance optimization during complex Kata transitions.
- K21 & K22: Intellectually Impaired – Designed for athletes with intellectual impairments or Down Syndrome. The focus is on motor coordination, muscle memory development, and consistent execution.
- K30: Wheelchair Users – Emphasizes specialized upper-body biomechanics, advanced core stabilization, and adaptive wheelchair manipulation to perform striking and blocking forms.
